Asimismo, participaron el vicerrector acad\u00e9mico, Dr. Hermes Berm\u00fadez Valqui; el vicerrector de Investigaci\u00f3n, Dr. Jos\u00e9 Quispe Tenorio; el vicealmirante de la Marina, Francisco Calisto Giampietri; el prefecto regional de Ayacucho, Yuri Zelmer Abad Quispe; el director de la Direcci\u00f3n de Responsabilidad Social Universitaria, Proyecci\u00f3n y Extensi\u00f3n Cultural, Mg.
